It would seem that some of the other Championship teams have an interest in how AFCB has developed so quickly and I don't blame them for that as it is a good model. But Blackburn and Wigan have to deal with different problems having come down from the Premier League and they are right in pointing out that the FFP rules are one of the few things that don't sit quite right with parachute payments on the other end of the scale. I think some revision will come in but I can see Blackburn's owners with enough money to keep Rhodes for a while yet. For AFCB a player like Rhodes would upset the wage structure I imagine and that was probably part of the problem with Carlton Cole not signing.
