Can AFCB chop down Forest?

For AFCB to be successful in chopping down Nottingham Forest to size they will need to keep a few of their in form players quiet on the day. Henri Lansbury got two goals for them in their last game away at Brighton, one from a header and one from the penalty spot. Forest came back in that game having been behind early on. Their narrow win against Derby County at home came from a corner and Jack Hobbs was the man to get them the three points in that fixture.

AFCB will certainly have to be wary at set-pieces with Forest, but they can score plenty from open play as well. Matt Derbyshire and Darius Henderson will be out to cause the Cherries a headache and so too might Radoslav Majewski. I haven't even covered leading goal scorer Andy Reid yet, so they have an embarrassment of riches in their attacking midfield and forward departments.

At home Forest have only failed to get full points in the 2:2 draw against Middlesbrough last September, otherwise they have been unstoppable. If AFCB win they will be the first team to come away with more than one point from the City ground this season. That gives you an idea of the task that faces Eddie Howe's men as he looks for a tactic and team selection that will cause Nottingham Forest problems.

At the moment Forest are averaging two goals a game at home. For this game they will be without Eric Lichaj and Nathaniel Chalobah as they are suspended.

What we can be assured of is a big and vibrant crowd with Forest already claiming match ticket sales of some 21,000 seats.
