No it's not a dream, it's Liverpool game after next!

You can uncross your fingers and open your eyes! No need to worry about an early cup exit, not that Burton weren't going to give the AFCB fans a scare. Just like the rain blew in again for this third round FA Cup tie at Dean Court, so the nervous tension and anxiety mounted after a first half that had seen the Cherries play some beautiful football and score the early goal they needed. Burton Albion were unable to cope with the wide play of Charlie Daniels and Simon Francis, while Rantie was like a man possessed in rifling off shots left right and centre. But then a goal out of the blue for Burton had Bournemouth fans stunned and only a Tommy Elphick goal moments before half time had a calming effect.

younger and so did Lewis Grabban., so both will be desperate to play in the next round.

I would love to know what Eddie Howe said at half time. Keep positive and do the simple things well? Whatever he said, it was always going to be a nervous second half with such a big prize at the end of it. that Bournemouth had to wait until the 86th minute to break a stubborn Burton defence again is all credit to the League Two side who put up a great fight. While the Brewers finally succumbed to a fourth goal against in the final minutes was perhaps a correct redressing of the balance of play on the night, but the pleasing thing for AFCB supporters is that they can now try and get their hands on those Fourth Round tickets. Season ticket holders first and a mass scramble thereafter I would imagine.

Liverpool at home will be an incredible experience even if Brendan Rodgers does not play all his superstars. I should think there will be enough Anfield stars on show for AFCB fans to know that there is only one ticket that you want for the 25 January.

Well done to the AFCB players. Brett Pitman will especially be pleased to have netted twice on the night, while Rantie should be pleased with his performance. They all did the town proud once again. But this weekend it's back to business in the Championship. And what a good warm up for the Liverpool game, a home match against Watford.
