Will Eddie tinker with the team over Easter?

A few players would love the chance
to get a few minutes at this time of the season.
There is plenty of speculation about what team may be selected to play Sheffield Wednesday on Good Friday. If the team really is tired Eddie Howe will have to make changes to step thing sup. Leading candidates must be Adam Smith and Marc Pugh, but further changes just could be on the cards if Lewis Grabban needs a break. He is one player that has become almost irreplaceable but if Eddie feels that the squad is good enough to beat Sheffield Wednesday without him it may be important to save him for the Ipswich match, which will be a huge game if AFCB already have a win against Sheffield Wednesday.

MacDonald has the experience and fresh legs that could be vital for AFCB's run in. Who do you play up front though if Grabban needs a rest? At Yeovil, Pitman and Rantie both had a run out but it is arguable that both have not had much time on the pitch to play with Yann Kermorgant. I still think it is in this area where Eddie Howe will look to buy big in the summer as a third striker who can notch up 10-15 goals would make AFCB a much bigger threat for those top six places.

Macca has the experience and perhaps the legs to play a part in the run-in.
In midfield though AFCB also have to do without Arter for the Sheffield game and it maybe that Shaun MacDonald can come in if fresh legs are required. I am not sure what has happened to Mohamed Coulibaly but I'll try and find out tonight as I am going to the players' shirt sponsors evening with a few others and will seek out what news I can.

I don't expect Eddie Howe to bring Elliot Ward back in yet unless Steve Cook is struggling. Tommy Elphick is playing far too well to take him out of the team and AFCB need all their leaders on the pitch now. But Ian Harte could find that his place is threatened by Charlie Daniels or Adam Smith. The problem Eddie Howe has is in deciding how many to rest without losing the confidence in the team and I hope it is a maximum of two changes. UTCIAD!
