Is the scene now set for Glenn Murray to start?

I remember when Yann Kermorgant was signed and we awaited to see him play against Doncaster Rovers at home in March 2014. He had a great game and scored a hat-trick to lift the spirits and I somehow believe that the scene is set for Glenn Murray to try and do something similar now.

With the Cherries having lost some momentum it is an ideal time for a player to put in a big performance and Murray will be keen to show his new teammates that he can contribute to the team's fortunes and also get the home fans right behind him if he can turn on the class against Sunderland. Eddie Howe will be looking for leaders now and it will be important who he decides to include in the starting line up.

Lee Tomlin played well against Leicester and is another option.

There are options of course. Lee Tomlin was not included in the squad to face Norwich and it may be tempting to see lee back in the side. Playing against Sunderland may have its friction for a former Boro player, but the desire for him to play the Black Cats is likely to be very high. Eddie opted for pace in the last game with Josh King in the side but at home there is probably less need to play that way with the amount of possession the Cherries are likely to have. Then there is yann Kermorgant to consider. He'll be keen to resume his partnership with Wilson that worked so well at Dean Court last season. 

Motivation and desire are going to be important at this stage as the Cherries need to turnaround their fortunes. I'm sure that the team will create chances at home against a Sunderland side that has not had a great start to the season - whoever plays though needs to take those chances.
