All the games get bigger from here on in for the Cherries

The 2015 year has begun well with a cup game win, but every match now in league and cup is likely to be bigger than the last. The pressure will mount on the Cherries as expectations grow and taking on teams like Norwich City may not seem such a daunting prospect these days but there is probably a day in the offing when things don't go AFCB's way and that is the time when the team's pursuit of promotion will need to bounce back in the following game.
AFCB aim to try and stretch out their lead in the Championship.
At the moment though, the goals keep coming and so do the wins. Looking at the fixtures in January the Cherries will have to show their true qualities against Leeds and Watford as well as Norwich. All three of those teams are fixtures that the Cherries would not have been favourites to win just five months ago and these league matches will be a stern test for AFCB's players on heavier winter pitches.

To some extent we have been getting used to the team bringing home three points and while Ipswich and Derby are in close attendance the team has needed to be doing that. There won't be any opportunity though to take the foot off of the gas and I believe it will be the matches against the teams lower in the league that will cause the play-off and promotion hopefuls the most difficulties in the coming months. We all know how teams like to stay up in this league and the battle is already on to try and forge gaps at the bottom as well as at the top.

As long as AFCB don't get beaten by the other teams in the top six it will be the performances then against the strugglers that will decide who goes up and if the goals keep coming then Bournemouth will be in a great position to make their dreams a reality.

Enjoy the game today and let your voices be heard. Let's see the Cherries hopefully get over that 50 point mark. UTCIAD!
