Let's make sure WBA are not party spoilers

The last home game of the season is here and we welcome WBA fans to Dean Court. What we don't want is to see a happy Tony Pulis at the end of the game. WBA have not been big favourites to watch by the neutral fan but they have broken free of the shadow of the Saido Berahino crisis and are sitting just above the Cherries on goal difference even if they have not won since early March.

Enjoy the last home match but keep off the pitch.

AFCB should be ignoring the form book though when analysis Tony Pulis' side. They are always tough to beat as Spurs found out only a couple of weeks ago and they have a stronger look about them with Berahino, Rondon and the 17-year-old Johnathan Leko now making up their forward line. While they suffered a 0-3 home defeat to West Ham in their last game it was Leko that caught the eye as he made his debut - the first player born in 1999 to play in the Premier League. Charlie Daniels will have some work to do to keep the young man away from AFCB's goal line, unless Rhoys Wiggins is given his debut for AFCB in place of Charlie - Eddie Howe hinted at some possible line up changes in his press conference.

In midfield they also have their ball passer - Darren Fletcher. He is the type of player I'd like to see at AFCB as he rolls his sleeves up every game but adds some quality on the ball as well and is not impartial to shooting. Add that to the devilish grit of James McClean and energy of Craig Gardner and you can see why sides find WBA hard to breakdown. Johnny Evans too in the back line has plenty of experience while keeper Ben Foster now has 171 Premier League appearances behind him.

WBA will try and bully AFCB's players and they must be ready for that. After a long hard campaign there will be no gimmies even if the match has little importance in the overall scheme of things now. AFCB can at least add a sixth home win to their record and that would match their away wins.

Finally, well done to Simon Francis for winning AFCB player of the year and to Josh King who won the Junior Cherries' player of the season.
