No easy fixtures to help the Cherries bounce back

While Eddie Howe may be confident of his side getting out of this current spell of defeats, they will have to do it against some of the in-form teams. With Man City, WBA and Man Utd next in line for the Cherries, it is hard to see too much optimism for the Cherries pushing over the 30 point mark any time soon. Yet, with other teams getting points off of the top six it is important that AFCB go into these games believing they can grab something at this vital time.
Points are hard to come by for AFCB.
In terms of difficulty, the pressure is likely to be very much on Eddie Howe's side for the Man City home match as all the other teams below the Cherries will have played their games in the previous couple of games. We can only hope that Spurs and Arsenal, in particular, put some pressure on Man City before the game by winning their matches. Coming to Dean Court though won't install much fear in Guardiola's side, who themselves were battered by Everton, but seem to have recovered from that 4-0 defeat.

AFCB's home form has to start standing up to the onslaught of these visiting teams that have stolen five points from AFCB home games in 2017. The thought of taking Man City on at this point of the season looks very hard, but just imagine what a win would do to AFCB if they came away with the points on Monday night. Getting up to 29 points would be a massive prize and the Cherries need to think of this next game like that. They have a big incentive to kick Man City's top four aspirations into touch for a week.

Sam Allardyce talked about his Palace players being caught out by fear in their home game against Sunderland. It was made doubly hard by the atmosphere in the ground. AFCB have to create an atmosphere that is special again at Dean Court now, as the team really needs to feel the passion of the home fans to keep them above the drop zone.
