Can Wilson regain his goal touch?

You can't keep Callum Wilson happy when he is not scoring. Callum may have been voted AFCB player of the month for January but he wants to be scoring in every game as his is such an important season for him with England already qualified for the World Cup.
Callum is getting frustrated by his last couple of performances,
but if he relaxes and trusts himself the goals will come.
When Callum scored the hat-trick against Huddersfield at Dean Court last November the scoring gods seemed to be with Callum and he'll hope that playing against the Terriers can reignite that kind of performance again. But Callum is doing an awful lot of great work in games at the moment and the scoring part he should not get too frustrated about because it will come again to him. The main thing is Callum needs to be brave and get in there to have chances, even if he misses.

We know that the miss he had in the final minute of the game against Stoke was a great chance, but sometimes strikers don't quite get it right and you have to credit Jack Butland with making a good save. For Callum it was a miss when it could have been another goal, but at least it was in a game where Bournemouth were well set to get the points.

You have to admire that Callum is a trier and will do anything he can to get on that score sheet. His willingness to run for lost causes helps the team massively and it appears appreciated when he does get the reward of scoring. With Josh King and Lys Mousset netting it is now the first time in a long time that Callum has come under a bit of pressure at the top of the field, but I expect that to drive him on rather than get too worried about not snatching every goal opportunity. He's always done well against Huddersfield and that should give him that belief that he will score this weekend.

T-shirt competition
To win a Cherry Chimes T-Shirt this week you have to tweet @CherryChimes the correct number of yellow cards issued by Michael Oliver in the game between Huddersfield and AFCB. If we have more than one correct entry we will draw a winner out of the hat. If you want to know how many cards Michael Oliver has already awarded this season, check out AFCB's official website. Good luck!
