Eddie Howe's team talks have to change

Opening kick off's and second half starts aren't happening for Bournemouth. The match against Arsenal is not the first when Bournemouth have conceded in the first few minutes  and come out in the second half and throw away a goal just as play starts. This was a lack of concentration and 21 goals conceded in the last six games is a sorry record for any team.
AFCB have to pick themselves u somehow from this.
Bournemouth will have to lick their wounds very quickly. The weekend will soon be here and they will have to work out how they can do better against Man City. Bournemouth were 1-0 down in three minutes at Arsenal, and it took Howe a little while to stop the flow of Arsenal runs in the first half, and Mkhitarayen in particular. Adam Smith's mistake will haunt him, but at this level their are payers that will pounce on mistakes.

That was perhaps the most frustrating thing, Bournemouth did manage to get into the game and got a goal back. It is the hope that kills you and at 2-1 Bournemouth just needed a period of 15-20 minutes in the second half when they didn't give anything away. That is what hurts. AFCB came out with a chance of getting something from the match against Arsenal and that optimism was lost in a couple of desperate minutes a the start of the second half.

Eddie will analyse everything, but he will surely think he may need to say some different things in the dressing room before kick-off and at half-time. The players are going out with their minds not on the job, and we have seen what good teams do to teams that aren't at the races. The injuries don't help, but Bournemouth squad has to cope with a season when things may go against them on that front. At least the next game is at home, even if it is Man City.

  1. We concede too easily. I do feel like a lot of blame goes to the defenders but ive noticed the central midfield position leaves too many gap. Apart from Lerma and occasionally Gosling theres no pressure on the opposition in most games. That being said it was good to see Mousset finally score.
