AFCB have to be wary of Sheffield Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday may be bottom of the league but they have amounted to six points from their nine games and would be 21st and out of the relegation zone if it weren't for their points deduction. Considering that Bournemouth couldn't beat Derby at home who are also in the relegation zone, there is no room for complacency

AFCB haven't won away since 2nd October.

The Owls have not found goalscoring that simple with six goals so far. Josh Windas is the top scorer on two, but the other goals have been shared between, Jordan Rhodes, Elias Kachunga, Callum Paterson and Barry Bannan. They have won just two games beating Cardiff and Birmingham away, but are yet to win at home. Goals against have also reached double figures on 10.

Sheffield Wednesday are likely to have defender Tom Lees back from suspension for the match with Bournemouth, but Joost van Aaken will still be serving his suspension from the Luton game when he was sent off. Joe Wildsmith started in goal last match for the first time this season but he couldn't stop the bad run Wednesday are on which has now been extended to four defeats in a row.

Gary Monk expressed last game that they haven't found their cutting-edge in front of goals and hadn't had the rub of the green. They are looking for that one win to build confidence, but Bournemouth also need to start finding a better goalscoring record themselves away from home with just two goals in their last two away games following that excellent 1-3 away performance at Coventry.

Bournemouth could well start with David Brooks as Junior Stanislas is a doubt and Lerma could well be back in contention, although could be held back for the weekend against Birmingham City.
