Mark Travers made his first team debut against Tottenham Hotspur on 4 May when he had an outstanding game make a series of first-class saves against Spur's superstars to help Bournemouth earn their first win against Spurs 1-0. He is an international keeper for Republic of Ireland and made the Irish squad before he was called up to Bournemouth's first team. Travers signed a new extended deal at the club in July 2019.

Cookie has strong desire as well. Yes, he is young and still has to get that consistency of performance that some of his other teammates find, but he is one that you want battling for you. A big heart and full of belief, he will mature at AFCB into a very good player under Eddie and Jason. Fearless and very comfortable on the ball, Steve is the model centre back who also likes to score a few goals. Steve extended his contract that was 3 years from May 2016 to a new 4-year contract in 2017 until May 2021. He won the Micky Cave Trophy, Vice-President's Award and Exiles' Player of the year in 2017.

Adam had a loan period with us in the 2011 season and was part of the team that made it to the League One play-offs with AFCB. He is a quick and talented right back that has already been capped at England U21 level. While he has been one of the main subs in 2014-15 he played his part in helping the team win promotion to the Premier League even if his last minute foul on Atdhe Nihiu of Sheffield Wednesday will not be remembered for his favourite moment in an AFCB shirt. In the Premier League he has had some memorable games including his great strike against Everton in the thrilling 3-3 draw. Adam signed a four-year deal in May 2016 but resigned an extended deal for four-years in July 2017.

Junior moved to AFCB from Burnley on 26 June 2014 and he adds creative power to the team going forward. He worked with Eddie Howe and Jason Tindall previously at Burnley so we all hope that we see the very best of Junior but that probably has not happened yet. Another free signing, with excellent experience - the squad has the talent to make a good fist of the Premier League. His 2015/16 season was tremendous and he'll hope to improve on that. Junior signed a new contract in August 2016 having originally been on a three-year contract from June 2014. He then signed a three-year contract taking him to September 2021.

Lewis Cook was seen as one of the best prospects in the Championship in 2015-16 and AFCB's interest in the midfielder never died down even though they could not prise him away from Leeds Utd until the summer of 2016 when he signed a four year contract in July of that year. He is an England U19 midfielder and his strength and power should be a welcome addition to the team. Lewis won a senior England cap in 2018 and was a standby for the World Cup in 2018. He was given an improved 4-year contract n May 2018.

Josh King was a Man Utd graduate and started out at Romsas and Valerenga. He has been at Blackburn Rovers since 2013, but had loan spells at other clubs while he was at Man Utd. A quick and strong striker, Josh King could well take the Premier League by storm. He is equally adept at playing on the left wing and I have my fingers crossed that he will score bucket loads of goals. He joined the club in May 2015 and renewed a year later for another four years in August 2016. Josh then extended his contract in August 2016 for four years taking him to the summer of 2021 at the Cherries. Josh Scored eight goals in the Premier League in 2017/18.
