Huddersfield Town are next up - remember them?

Do you remember when AFCB last played Huddersfield at Dean Court? It was on 4 December 2018 when Bournemouth won 2-1. The teams did meet again at the John Smith's Stadium in March 2019 ,when Bournemouth won again 0-2, but with relegation from the Premier League for Huddersfield in 2019, the two teams haven't played since.

AFCB will welcome some fans back as they take on Huddersfield Town at Dean Court.

Carlos Corberan is the manager at Huddersfield Town now. He is a Spanish coach that was formerly at Leeds United coaching their U23 side. He has already reported several injuries for his team ahead of the game with Jonathan Hogg, Josh Koroma and Christopher Schindler all out.

Huddersfield will especially miss Koroma who is their top goalscorer on six so far this season. Carel Eiting, Isaac Mbenza and Fraiser Campbell follow closely on three goals each. While Huddersfield are coming off the back of two home wins against Sheffield Wednesday and QPR, their away record is less impressive of late with three defeats in their last five away games. Their most recent away win as a 0-3 hammering of Millwall at the end of October.

Huddersfield have won as many games as they have lost with seven of each, so they do go at teams but can leave themselves open having scored 22 goals and conceded 22 goals. In their most recent two games they have been scoring first-half goals and have been hanging on to leads with clean sheets. So while Huddersfield are seven points behind the Cherries, in 12th place, this is by no means an easy game.

Bournemouth may see Arnaut Danjuma back but the game looks too early for Josh King who pulled out of the Swansea City game in mid-week with a bad back.
