Let's see the quality AFCB

We have seen flashes of quality from this Bournemouth side when they played Man City and it appeared that Bournemouth were getting back on the right track before the Arsenal defeat. I don't see the Arsenal game as a real backward step though as AFCB just didn't seem on the game from the off. It was as if the team didn't know how to react when that first Arsenal game went in so quickly.
A disappointing run of results but can the Cherries turn it around?
The first couple of minutes of the Arsenal match had sen Ryan Fraser get a few touches on the left wing and AFCB were trying to take the game to Arsenal. It was a disappointment that Fraser got injured early on and had to come off eventually. By that time AFCB were two-nil down and it was proving to hard to re-establish themselves in the game.

The quality of passing just ebbed away as the confidence left the players. That is why Eddie Howe did not feel he had seen a true Bournemouth performance. It was reactionary and it took until the second half when Bournemouth broke out of that rut. It was helped further when Arsenal went down to 10-men, but even then some of the crosses were not quite on the money even if Lys Mousset did his utmost to try and make something of them.

Fans are still waiting to see more of the quality play that they were entertained with in the last home match and hopefully the Dean Court environment on a Friday night will give the team the buzz and intensity they so need to get on top of their opponent.
