Bournemouth have really added some excitement to the season ahead with the loan signing of Harry Wilson. He's another young Welsh international who will be a great addition while the Cherries wait for David Brooks to recover his fitness. The scoring power of the Cherries suddenly looks a lot stronger as long as they are going to keep their other forward players, but the deal could signal that Jordan Ibe is free to join Leicester or that Bournemouth have decided that Ryan Fraser could yet leave the club in this window.
Signing the hot property of Harry Wilson, 22, after the strong season he had in the Championship last year with Derby should have Bournemouth fans salivating. The signing is yet another deal cut with Liverpool who seem to be the go to club for Bournemouth when they want attacking players. The exciting aspect for me is the quality of the player. Bournemouth have left it late to bring in a player that will get fans jumping off their feet. Wilson is the kind of player that many other clubs would have loved to have attracted and it is a credit to the Bournemouth recruitment staff that they managed to get the player.
My gut feeling is that Jordan Ibe may be given the opportunity to join Leicester City. While Harry Wilson tends to play on the left side we know Fraser can operate on both wings and perhaps Harry Wilson won't mind playing on either wing. With Surridge also heading to Swansea on loan, there is the option of using Harry Wilson as an out an out striker - two Wilsons is certainly something we could see on the team sheet for a little while.
In other news, Harry Arter has joined Fulham on loan for the 2019/20 season.

There should be quite a few appearances of Ryan Giggs at Dean Court with Harry Wilson and Chris Mepham looking to get games and while it is only a loan, Bournemouth could well have signed the player that the pundits are going to be talking about all the time when the Cherries play. It does mean a real possible shake-up in Bournemouth's starting line up. Who will be axed to enable Bournemouth to have two Wilson's on the pitch? My gut feeling is that Jordan Ibe may be given the opportunity to join Leicester City.
