The style of play Bournemouth have is something that Howe has close to his heart and he does not want to loose the determination of his players that propelled them up the leagues. At the same time Eddie is going to add more fresh faces, and will only have so much time he can dedicate to new additions and players that have not yet grasped the full identity of how he wants the team to play. It will mean that some who have not picked up the ideas will surely go out on loan or get left behind. Howe has to equate how many new signings he can bring in without upsetting the balance.
