In the last two matches against Leicester City and Everton, the form of Harry Wilson has dipped a fair bit from the opening two games of the season. He also had a tough time playing for Wales, which begs the question whether he needs to be pulled out of the fire for a game or two just to reset his mental attitude and get him back on the right path.
It will have been quite an experience for Harry Wilson to come to a new club, even if there are a few fellow Welsh internationals in Bournemouth's squad. He has looked a little lost in the last two games, but perhaps that is only to be expected after the two sensational opening games he had.
Against Everton he didn't get into any shooting positions really and while he stayed out wide he failed to really influence the game. It was no surprise that Eddie Howe took him off to allow Rayan Fraser to take over in the second half. Hopefully, Harry does not let it effect him. Eddie Howe knows what he is doing with young players, and to think this was Bournemouth's youngest ever team in the Premier League the players did more than okay against some experienced international players in Everton's line-up.
In other news, AFCB put 8 goals past Basingstoke in the Senior Hampshire Cup with Kevin Kilkenny bagging a hat-trick. Simon Francis and Lloyd Kelly also made appearances.

All that Harry needs is perhaps a bit of a time to let things settle. He may be used as a sub against Southampton and perhaps if he can channel his thoughts into just giving his best for a 20 or 30 minute spell in the second half he could be a super sub to have to come on and perhaps help get the points against the Saints. In other news, AFCB put 8 goals past Basingstoke in the Senior Hampshire Cup with Kevin Kilkenny bagging a hat-trick. He needs to work much much harder on both end of the pitch
ReplyDeleteWith liverpool he can be selfish and greedy and his teammates will work for him but with us its another different planet
He needs to cut his attitude and pull his socks up and sweat
Bagging 3 goals already and exceptional ones is no bad start we've given others more room to grow I can think of one in particular. Let him bed in too soon to be critical
