Will it work with Solanke up front next to Wilson?

Eddie Howe changed the set-up for Bournemouth last weekend with Dominic Solanke paying up front next to Callum Wilson. It was a a great day for Callum against Everton, but Dominic is still waiting to break his duck in the Premier League for goals at Bournemouth. So will Solanke be a permanent fixture in the starting line-up?
Dominic will want more starts up front but should he be given them?
Eddie Howe chose Solanke to play against Everton, because of his last 20 minute performance at Leicester City. I hope Eddie How will give Solanke a bit more of a chance than just this one game to see if he can make the grade. He did not have many opportunities in the Everton match and the well-hit strike he had in the first half was well saved by Jordan Pickford. Whether Solanke is lucky enough to get in a position where he can get a tap-in to get him started remains to be seen, but with Southampton playing a fairly open kind of game, there are likely to be goals at both ends in the next game and Eddie needs perhaps a little more variety in the forward positions against a foe that knows AFCB well.

The choice to play Solanke from the start against Everton did mean that Ryan Fraser missed out and was on the bench, but he looked much brighter when he came on than he has for the previous few games. Josh King didn't do much wrong either and will also be looking for his next goal, and it could be Harry Wilson that finds he is given a rest in the next game.

What I'd like to see with Solanke is a more positive body language on the pitch. He can't keep feeling that he is their by luck or good fortune. He has to believe in himself that he is good enough and can score when given the chance. If he can start putting the goals away, then AFCB will be looking a much scary team to some of the top half teams who the Cherries will have to start getting results against, if they are to improve on previous seasons.
