Cook picks up AFCB's best player of November

Steve Cook has had some great matches at Dean Court especially this season. There are not too many times when has not had to carry out the man of the match duties after the game. Before the Birmingham game he picked up his time-piece prize for being voted November's best player for the club and Elliott Ward and Cook seemed to find it quite a moment of fun which was good to see.

I wonder how many TW Steel watches Steve Cook will earn by the end of the season?  He is starting quite a collection having also won in October. He regularly shows the grit and determination that supporters can really identify with his performances. His effort is starting to show rewards but if he does find that other teams are watching him, they are still looking at a player who has more to add to his game yet. He will know that he has more to learn and must try and cut out more mistakes.

You are always only as good as your last game they say and I think that is something that AFCB players should continue to hold in their heads when they think they have mastered their role. Keep working Steve, is what I say.

No excuses for being late to training now Steve!
